Jvc Mobile Expands Connectivity With Bluetooth Technology
JVC Mobile Entertainment's new 2008 lineup includes many products offering expanded Bluetooth connections for hands-free calling, audio control and streaming, and increased convenience and safety.
JVC Mobile and Arsenal Series Receivers that feature built-in Bluetooth or are Bluetooth-ready via an interface offer hands-free calling while driving. Phone calls can easily be made and received directly through the receiver, and voice recognition technology enables immediate dialing from the driver’s cell phone without the distraction of handling the phone while driving. Phone book entries can be stored and accessed on the receiver, and text messages can also be displayed on-screen.

Bluetooth connectivity allows music enthusiasts to listen to their favorite songs and artists wirelessly from iPod, cell phone or Bluetooth-enabled device through the receiver. It also allows the listener to control PLAY, PAUSE, and SKIP feature on MP3/iPod directly from the receiver.
Also new for 2008 is the AA-T100BT wireless Bluetooth adapter for iPod. The interface connects to iPod for wireless high-quality audio streaming into a JVC Bluetooth head unit and uses the iPod’s internal battery power so there is no charging required. MSRP is $99.95, now shipping.
