Sony today announced four new Xplod® in-dash CD Receivers. Designed to offer drivers a simple and affordable after-market audio experience, the new models combine strong connectivity with high style.

Sony is expanding its mobile audio lineup with eight new Xplod® in-dash CD receivers. Designed to support the growing demand for iPod® and Bluetooth® compatibility, these head units provide a broad range of in-car connectivity.

Sony today announced four new Xplod® in-dash head units that are able to connect directly to compatible iPod® music players, allowing users to charge and control their iPod devices on the road.

The top-of-the-line unit (model CDX-GT630UI) is Sony’s first car stereo that can connect directly to iPod players, other digital music players and USB thumb drives via a USB connection. It also includes Sony’s unique ZAPPIN™ function, which offers a way of searching and listening to music…

Sony today announced its first marine CD receivers that are able to connect directly to compatible iPod®, iPhone™ or other digital music players via a USB connection.

The marine head units (models CDX-H910UI and CDX-M60UI) support new features including MemoryBackup and ZAPPIN™ technology. These features make it easier for boaters to control and find their favorite music on the water.
