Rockford Fosgate Announces T4652-S 2-Way 150 Watt 6.5" Component System
Rockford Fosgate is proud to announce the debut of the latest addition to its acclaimed Power Series Component Speaker line for 2014. Showcased at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. from Jan. 7-9, 2014, the T4652-S has an MSRP of $999.99, and is scheduled to ship in Q1 2014.
"The highly efficient, 150 Watt (RMS) 2-Way Power Series T4 6.5-inch component system mimics the performance of our flagship model, but includes a crossover that’s effortless to install," said Jake Braaten, Rockford Corp director of product development. "Want Rockford Fosgate power handling with audiophile sound quality? The new T4 component system is what you need."
Rockford Fosgate T4652-S
The T4's Liquid Crystal Polymer tweeter features an aluminum phase plug that guides high frequency waves toward the listener for an extended frequency response. The woofer features a VAST Butyl Rubber surround to maximize cone area and frequency response. These, combined with an asymmetrical 12dB Butterworth crossover, offers audiophile sound quality in an efficient 2-way system.
"Three-Process Klippel-verified and 2031-CEA Compliant, Rockford Fosgate now has our most comprehensive component speaker line ever," added Braaten. "The T4652-S has everything one would expect from a Rockford Fosgate Power Series system…and more."
