Alpines Most Powerful Amplifier MRP-M2000 Now Shipping
For those car audio enthusiasts who just want their systems loud, Alpine now has a product to satiate that need. Alpine is boldly pushing car audio amplification to the edge with the new MRP-M2000 V-Power Mono Amplifier, now shipping to stores.
As the most powerful Alpine amplifier to date, the MRP-M2000 is conservatively rated at 2,000 watts RMS at CEA-2006 ratings. However, every MRP-M2000 comes with its own “verification certificate” that lists the amplifier’s actual wattage power, which could be even higher than 2,000. With an SRI of $750, the MRP-M2000 offers great dollar-per-watt value, so car audio enthusiasts can build a ground-pounding system without breaking the bank.

Alpine MRP-M2000
With the ability to power multiple subwoofers, the MRP-M2000 is the essential foundation for a high SPL sound system that wants to be heard. The amplifier’s Class-D design offers more power and a cleaner signal with increased efficiency. Its industry-leading damping factor provides tighter, more controlled bass.
As with all of Alpine’s V-Power amplifiers, the MRP-M2000 features rugged heat sinks, as well as a sophisticated digital processor with intelligent temperature monitoring, for non-stop output and stable, reliable performance. Speaker-level inputs allow for a direct connection to a factory radio for an easy OEM system upgrade. Variable crossover and Bass EQ functions provide versatile tuning options, while high-level speaker inputs and flush mount controls make for easy integration with a wide variety of subwoofer configurations.
“For car audio fans who want their sound systems to make a high-impact acoustic impression, the MRP-M2000 offers remarkable dollar-per-watt performance,”
