New Clarion NX603 And FX503 Offer Smartphone Connectivity And Access To Cloud Server
Clarion announced the addition of two new innovative products to their 2013 mobile electronics line up. Both devices have been designed and developed with today’s mobile lifestyle and connectivity in mind, offering seamless compatibility with satellite radio from SiriusXM, iPhone and Android smartphones and featuring access to Clarion’s exclusive Smart Access cloud server.
The award winning and exclusive to Clarion Smart Access cloud service is the most advanced system in the market for allowing users easy and flawless access to a myriad of activities and services inside their vehicles via in-vehicle smartphone apps and seamless connectivity.

Clarion FX503
The flagship NX603 is Clarion’s most advanced in-dash navigation source unit model for 2013. It features built-in Bluetooth capabilities including a microphone, CD/DVD/SD/USB ports, 8GB micro SD card for map storage and a second SD card slot to access entertainment files. This model incorporates the highly acclaimed iGo Primo navigation software as part of its built-in applications and features Clarion’s latest map system, ensuring users access to the most updated maps and data available at the time of purchase. The large 6.2-inch WVGA touch panel display offers an all-new highly animated GUI highlighted by variable color key illumination featuring 728 colors and offers an HDMI port for smartphone mirroring.
The FX503 is Clarion’s first double DIN digital media receiver. The sleek device is highlighted by a wide touchscreen display with advanced animated graphics (GUI).
Its clean sleek styling offers minimal hard buttons allowing the unit to feature an expanded touch screen display for easier, more intuitive operation. Like the NX603, FX503 also offers and HDMI port for smartphone mirroring.

Pricing And Availability
Clarion’s FX503 and NX603 will be available in the second quarter of 2013 and showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. FX503’s suggested retail price is at $799.99 while NX603 will be available for $999.99.
