Clarion Introduces 2010 Lineup Of Amplifiers, Speakers And Subwoofers

Clarion introduces an all-new product line-up of amplifiers, speakers and subwoofers in 2010. Clarion’s new line offers sophisticated raw power, cutting edge styling and technologically advanced features from entry level to high end.

Clarion’s new amplifiers offer two product series, their high end premium XH Series amplifiers and their XR series black anodized aluminum amplifiers. All Clarion amplifiers offer overwhelming power, packaged into a streamlined design for easier installation. Their all-new sleek cosmetics are very lavish and they have the technology and power to back up those good looks. Clarion amplifiers are G/H and A/B class and include two mono amplifiers, two 2-channel and two 4-channel amplifiers. This broad selection makes it easy to design a system at any price point.

Clarion SRQ1621S

Clarion’s XH series feature Class GH/ AB models, the XH7110 mono amp offers 850Watts of continuous power, adjustable subsonic filter and 1 ohm stable. The XH5410 is a 4-channel offering 680Watts of max power output and the XH5210 is 2-channel with 340Watts of max power, both include MOS-FET power supply and variable crossovers.

Clarion’s subwoofer line includes three series, the WQ high-end series, WF mid level shallow series and the more economical WG series. The WQ and WG series offers one 10” and 12” subwoofer. All provide balanced sound, while delivering a powerful acoustic space yet maintaining pure sound quality.

The WQ series subs include dual gold plated terminal blocks, custom stamped steel powder coated chassis and accommodate 1500Watts of max power handling with 500Watts of continuous raw power. They both include aluminum finished top cones, high-excursion rubber surrounds and dual strontium magnets. The WQ3010D is a 12” dual 4-Ohm voice coil sub and the WQ2510D, a 10” dual 4-Ohm voice coil subwoofer.

The WG series are designed to deliver big bass sound with a relatively small investment. The WG3010 is a 900watt max power handling 12” 4-Ohm voice coil subwoofer with 300Watts of continuous power handling. The WG2510, a 10” 4-Ohm with the same power handling ratings as the WG3010. Both have a custom shaped steel powder coated chassis with stamped steel basket and 4-Ohm impedance. WG series subwoofers simply offer great performance and even better value.

Clarion 2010 speaker line-up offers two series, the SRQ multi-axial and component speakers and the SRG coaxial speakers. All offer powerful strontium magnets for dynamic bass response.

The SRQ series includes five speakers and one dome tweeter. The top-of-the line SRQ1621S handles 280Watts of max music power in a 6½” 2-way component package with two-way mounting tweeter (variable angle/surface mount). The SRQ6932R is a 6” x 9” multi-axial 3-way with 450Watts of max power handling with a pure soft-dome mid-range and tweeter. SRQ6831C is a 6” x 8” custom fit multi-axial 3-way with 350Watts of max power and the SRQ1631R, a 6 ½” multi-axial 3-way with 280Watts of max music power. The SRQ1331R a 200watt 5 ¼” multi-axial 3-way, and the SRQ211H ¾” dome tweeter with 200Watts of max power and 2-way mounting options.

Clarion SRG speaker series offers seven models for exceptional value with the same great sound. All seven are coaxial 2-ways and three are custom fit models. They all allow for easy upgrade from your car’s factory system and include pure soft dome midranges driven by neodymium magnets.

The SRG6921R 6” x 9” coaxial 2-way withstands 350Watts of max power and features a metallized PEI cone tweeter. The SRG1621R is a 6 ½” speaker, handling 180Watts of max power, while the SRG1321R is a 5 ¼” with 160Watts of max power. Lastly, the SRG1021R is a 4” coaxial 2-way with 140Watts of max music power handling.

The three custom fit coaxial 2-ways include the SRG5721C, a 5” x 7” with 250Watts of max power, the SRG4621C 4” x 6” with 150Watts max power and the SRG921C 3-1/2” with 80Watts of max music power. All include a metallized PEI balanced drive tweeter and unsurpassed sound and value.
