Clarion Debuts All-New Amplifier Product Line For 2008 With Power Levels That Blow You Away

Clarion introduces an all-new product line-up of amplifiers in 2008. The family of amplifiers feature similar cosmetics from entry level to high end and technologically enhanced features.

Clarion’s new full-line of amplifiers offer overwhelming power packaged into a compact body with a smaller footprint for easier installation. Their all-new sleek cosmetics are very lavish and they have the technology and power to back up those good looks. Clarion amplifiers are G/H and A/B class and include three mono amplifiers, three two-channel and two four-channel amplifiers. This broad selection makes it easy to design a system at any price point.

Clarion DPX2251

Clarion’s DPX Hybrid series feature Class G/H technology to deliver maximum power whenever it is desired. By regulating the power supply voltage according to the input signal, this allows for the efficiency of a Class D amplifier with the sound quality of an A/B design. The DPX2251 offers 180 watts of power by 2 channels and the mono amplifiers the DPX1851 and DPX11551 offer 850 and 1550 watts of power respectively.

Top-of-the-line features in the DPX series include: integrated electronic crossovers, speaker level inputs, and gold plated RCA connectors. Clarion brings the recording studio to your ride. The DPX Hybrid series amplifiers achieve first in class performance and are reduced in size, allowing for more flexible installation.

The APX Illuminated series have very luxurious styling with a blue-lit Clarion logo and precision machined finish. Clarion’s APX amplifiers allow for constant stable music playback by flexibly handling multiple speaker impedances. The APX series also features an all-new side cooling system, variable bass boost and adjustable subsonic filter to provide balanced sound, while delivering a powerful acoustic space yet maintaining pure sound quality.

The APX amplifier products offer, 60 and 90 watts of power by 2 channels, 60 and 90 watts by 4 channels and 300 watts by 1 channel.
